We will visit Tortuguero National Park beach at night, where we can observe the natural process of turtle nesting and laying eggs. We will pick you up at your hotel or at our meeting point, located in the main boat area of Tortuguero, in the village of Tortuguero. Then we will walk or take a boat, depending on the sector of the park assigned to us by the park rangers or volunteers.
This tour has very strict rules, camera flashes are NOT permitted, cell phones are NOT allowed, flashlights are NOT allowed, follow the instructions of the guide and park ranger. You must wear dark color clothes ONLY, if you need a poncho, sweeter or jacket must wear it from the beginning. DO NOT touch or disturb the turtles! in case of a rule violation you will be scouted out of the beach.
Nesting season goes from July to October each year.

What to bring: No technology on the beach, only the guide with a red flashlight to observe the process. The turtle nesting process is natural. We could observe the whole process. Sometimes we only observe when they go to the sea.
