We were all born and grown up in Tortuguero. During our childhood we went to school and after classes we went to enjoy ourselves and play in the jungle, climbing trees, picking fruit and visiting the beach. We also took the canoes and kayaks to go fishing and get some fresh fish for our homes. We had a great time fishing or spotting wildlife in the channels. We also play soccer on the village field. Tortuguero is a great place where we enjoy ourselves naturally and always in touch with nature. From this childhood I keep great memories from every single place we played and visit in my beloved Tortuguero.
